Spotify: UI/UX Social ConceptUser Experience Design, Research, Branding
What’s the concept?
Rather than relying on external platforms to drive traffic, Spotify has an opportunity to integrate social elements directly into its user experience to make itself a centralized location for music sharing, conversation, and discovery. Possible solutions include:
- Bring Back Direct Messaging with a Focus on Music Sharing
- Sending songs, albums, and artists to friends with the ability to rate and discuss them within the app.
- Personalized Music Collections
- Users can pin their album/song of the month or curate a "Top 5" list.
- Populate User Profile
By adding new features on user profile this will increase user interaction with other profiles
